and another week goes by like that. damn, it’s true that time speeds up as you get older, still at 45rpm though and not 78rpm, i do want to get to 78rpm but not for a while yet, but it will be interesting to arrive at that point and survive long enough to realize it. however i don’t want to experience that sudden drop to 16 rpm because, while it seems to be unrecognizable by those who experience it, i am scared that you do realize it. not my biggest fear (eaten by rats thank you willard and ernest borgnine, but then thank you michael jackson for ben and making it somehow seem less horrible) but i am able to recognize how terrible that realization would feel, affecting both flesh and spirit, your existence suddenly feeling like one giant tear at the edge of the duct of existence, no roll of tape in sight with which to seal it. no reason to worry about that now though, now it’s time to enjoy life, respect life, and stay tuned for joe. thanks for listening everyone and have a safe, healthy week
