An ex-football player/bodyguard (Ray Young) who took a tab of dangerous "Blue Sunshine" LSD every day in college, years later removes his toupee to reveal his bald head and acid-fried brain (while in a disco - that's inside a mall) and goes berserk. He terrorizes everyone in the place, trapping the film's heroine (Deborah Winters) in the sealed DJ booth - who then figures out she can blast the disco music from inside, bursting his eardrums, and driving him insane(-er).
