two weeks ago i served your roasted beet risotto (to serve man p.60) to 250 animal rights activists.
Had to substitude the butter for margarine and the parmesan for a blend of mild mustard and hippie dust (yeast)

Well, I can complain about cold weather in the summer. Here in the west coast Portland we've had only 6 days over 90 all summer long and we've averaged one day a week under 70. What happened to global warming? Can I sue Al Gore?
