"..it's not late Sunday night.. It is not late Sunday night. Early Monday afternoon, not the wee hours of Monday morning.."

This particular change in Sunday-Monday schedule is a bit of a shock in time.

Mon. 10/15/07 2:01pm From: James

Hey, listening to this strange lady just down the street from where she claims to be listening to the 'clicking barnacles' in Kitsilano, Vancouver, BC. Wierd. Her voice sounds strangely familiar, who is she?

Mon. 10/15/07 2:03pm From: Woody

Sean... well, that was Peter Brotzmann, recorded in 1968.

Hi James, the voice/field recordings pieceis Hildegard Westerkamp.

Mon. 10/15/07 2:19pm From: Ike

Hey, that was the Weatherman from Negativland! I love the Weatherman! When I was about 13, Negativland's "Over the Edge" tapes introduced me to the concept of bizarre out-there radio. I've never gone back.

Mon. 10/15/07 2:37pm From: north guinea hills
