Sun. 10/21/07 9:24pm From: Kyle

Sun. 10/21/07 10:07pm From: Kyle

I know how much Bethany loathes Charades, sorry for bringing this sour subject to attention.

Sun. 10/21/07 10:07pm From: ?

3-1 now.

Sun. 10/21/07 10:08pm From: andy

I'll have to give it to you because that's actually the sequel. I was thinking of the first film: Red Sox Crow Lips Kappow! which was, as you know, Kevin Costner's first ever a baseball movie - he was a native american indian pitcher who got thumped all over the place. Well done --- not an easy one!

Sun. 10/21/07 10:08pm From: listener jeremy

a pot sticks holy cow?

Sun. 10/21/07 10:09pm From: andy

that was the third film -- that's just showing off!

Sun. 10/21/07 10:09pm From: listener jeremy

hmm just a few seconds too late for guesses... oh well

Sun. 10/21/07 10:09pm From: bethany

Yeah. I think once I did go on a rant about Charades. Wasn't that three years ago?? Gotta say, kids, you are really out there: I have NO idea what you are talking about. Poor forlorn dj. I'll just play some music.

Sun. 10/21/07 10:11pm From: jeremy

apack o lips tao? that was a film about the east meeting west mores, right?

Sun. 10/21/07 10:13pm From: ?

3-2! are the sox sagging around the ankles?

Sun. 10/21/07 10:13pm From: Kyle

It was actually two years ago. The only reason I know that is because I have a copy of that program on a cassette that I listen to periodically in my car. It skips from that to The Dusty Show on side B.

Sun. 10/21/07 10:16pm From: listener jeremy

so bethany what's the deal with the sox? do you know someone who's on the team?

Sun. 10/21/07 10:17pm From: andy

@jeremy --- the same guy did "A Crock O'Ship Down" about a helicopter full of bunny rabbits that gets show down in Somalia.

Sun. 10/21/07 10:20pm From: Kyle

A water ship down?

Sun. 10/21/07 10:20pm From: bethany

Why root for the Red Sox? Because I absolutely CATEGORICALLY CANNOT root for a team with that mascot. I just can't.

Sun. 10/21/07 10:22pm From: andy

Blackwater Down, maybe?

Sun. 10/21/07 10:26pm From: jeremy

I think this pianist is high

Sun. 10/21/07 10:32pm From: jeremy

but make no mistake, i enjoy listening to it! i like the music you're playing bethany

Sun. 10/21/07 10:40pm From: andy

agree -- the beauty of radio charades I think is that because it fully utilises the abdulum stupidum section of the brain - it allows the intellectum musica sensoria supra-mind complete freedom to absorb bethany's beautiful tunes.

Sun. 10/21/07 10:54pm From: jeremy

how true... and i don't thnk there's anyone here who doesn't recognize the absolute value of the adbulum stupidum section of the brain.

Bethany, next break, can mention to all the listeners how the service that you're rendering has a positive effect on the adbulum stupidum and that we all are in debt to you?

still 2-3, top of the 7th

Sun. 10/21/07 10:57pm From: ?

i'm gonna say "needs more cowbell" before anyone else can

Sun. 10/21/07 10:58pm From: jeremy

needs more..... DOH!

Sun. 10/21/07 10:59pm From: jeremy

andy, was'n that a movie? needs more cowbell?

Sun. 10/21/07 11:00pm From: bethany

I'll scour the library...there's gotta be a piece for 17 chromatically tuned cowbells in there somewhere!!

Sun. 10/21/07 11:03pm From: andy

jeremy -- there was The Eclectic Cowbell with Robert Redford?

Sun. 10/21/07 11:06pm From: Andy

Also Midnight Cowbell played on a 1950's Dustin "Needs More" Hofner acoustic. Does that ring any bells? (oh my god - I can't believe I just punned that badly!)

Sun. 10/21/07 11:31pm From: jeremy

I believe I just heard a collective sigh on the internet with that pun...

2-5 - top of the eigth - red socks maintain the lead! the happy indian mascot probably isn't smiling right now...

Sun. 10/21/07 11:36pm From: bethany

Make that 6 - 2, Sox.

Sun. 10/21/07 11:44pm From: jeremy

Sun. 10/21/07 11:50pm From: jeremy

Sun. 10/21/07 11:54pm From: jeremy

i have the comments section all to myself now, it seems. love the julia kent stuff.

Sun. 10/21/07 11:57pm From: andy

yeah - Julia Kent stuff was very beautiful -- got lost in it. Lovely.

Mon. 10/22/07 12:00am From: Ike

I'm visiting my parents in Maryland this weekend and listening to the nifty AAC-Plus stream on their computer, and the great Eric Stokes and Eric Richards pieces really creeped out my mom! She was like, "What is that? Hearts of Space?" Hahahaha! Awesome.

Mon. 10/22/07 12:00am From: jeremy

11-2 FiNAL
