The program formerly known as Dinner at Andy's, The Fuzzy Glove Hour, Whores, and The Happiness Hut. Ken and Andy, also known as The Enema Boys, further lower WFMU's already abysmal standards on a weekly basis. Stunt radio which subjects the radio audience to concepts and topics which mature adults should not have to endure. Find the fatal flaw. (Visit homepage.)

Tom:

quote: "NBC Entertainment co-chairman Ben Silverman stressed that the "Monk" and "Psych" moves were not triggered by the writers' strike, which has crippled television production since the walkout began November 5.

"A lot of this we would be doing anyway," he said. "The strike is pointing a flashlight on it."

yeah, right.

Nice message being sent to Andy's little mistakes.

p.s. Rape jokes ony objectionable because they're just not funny.

The cabin thing was busted by the mythbusters, btw: TOTALLY

Debating tech details. Wow, this show is boring.

You're welcome. Go back to embarassing family facts. Now THERE'S a contest.

Sean Daily:

Somewhere in the middle comment! Woo hoo!
  6:42pm
Jeff M:

Oh, oy. That voltage/amperage explanation was really sad.

The classic sort-of-decent analogy is to water flowing through pipes: voltage would be like water pressure, amperage would be like flow rate.

But Ken should get the points anyway, just because Andy is so... Andy.
  6:44pm
Jeff M:

I bet the Metrocard number Andy made up began with 555 because he's so used to putting fake telephone numbers in scripts.
  6:47pm
cappy:

Jeff M is right on. Voltage is the amount of energy, amperes are the rate of flow. E.g. waterfall analogy: voltage is the height of the waterfall (more height = more energy), amperes are the width of the waterfall (rate of flow) . Ken had it pretty much backwards.

T Rawks:

Finally, two explanations that didn't make me want to call back in and re-explain something.
  6:48pm
bb:

a special breed of comedy tonight
  6:48pm
Jason:

...like Larry Craig in a men's bathroom stall, this show sucks !
  6:48pm
FW:

Remember the "I don't have a life, but I have a big TV" joke? After extenssive overuse, it went the way of the dodo, finally. Please kill the "I'm on the internet" joke in a similar fashion.
  6:50pm
T Rawks:

NO, DON'T LISTEN TO FW.
  6:51pm
Jeff M:

...says someone from the Internet.

Show Suggestion -

The Cellphone Purge Show
I have a bunch of numbers in my old cellphone that probably will not make the cut to my new phone.

I thought it would be amusing if listeners call in with an old number so Ken/Andy can call and notify these people that they are on the verge of being purged, and, maybe, give them have a chance to convince Ken/Andy to suggest they stay.

This show has the potential to lead Andy to:
-make an old lady cry.
-kick a kid out of a band.
-rethink what he is doing at his age.
  8:24pm
Joe:

Show suggestion:
Andy and Ken playing requests. Yes, even Toto! (actually a good band imo)
I remember Ken doing a song on Irwins show some years back, but maybe if Andy could help with harmonies it would sound better!
  12:17pm
Listener Greg:

Have you guys ever played the MOVIE Game? It might make a decent Ken vs. Andy.
Person A names a movie, and then Person B has to name somebody who was in it. Then Person A names another movie that person was in, and so on and so on. It's played like HORSE- if you get stumped, you get an "M", then an "O"...
I play it a lot on long car rides and it struck me as something you guys could do, along with some callers. Though I'm *sure* there's a Fatal Flaw somewhere.

That cellphone idea is brilliant, too. I'll totally call in for that one.
  4:32am
Listener zero:

In one episode you are mentioning a staring contest idea and Ken seemed to like it. What was that one about?
  11:24am
Listener Max:

Show suggestion:
Polygraph test! Contact the local police precinct beforehand and see if they can spare for a unit and someone qualified to interpret the data for an hour. Then hook up Andy, and let the public interrogate him. That should get your call volume up!
