Why didn't I hear anything like that when I was walking around Thailand and Laos a few months ago? There were plenty of Hmong around, but I guess they were too busy watching Thai satellite TV to sing. Heh.

True, especially considering that I didn't find any of those women attractive! There is a definite lack of... errr... voluptuousness in Asia. Ah, but they're such great cooks! Wow.

Bwah! I forgot all about that repulsive mess! It looked better in person than in the photo, but it was COMPLETELY suffused with the scent of tobacco. I guess they were smoking while making it. Or maybe it was supposed to taste like that, because they find it appealing. EVERYBODY in China smokes constantly. Ugh! Much worse than in Thailand or Laos. After a few days, my throat felt like it was filled w/shards of glass from all the secondhand smoke.
