What is it exactly about Parker's "Watch Your Step" that Lennon copped?

The "Watch Your Step" riff is far more closer to my ears to The Allman Brothers' "One Way Out" than it is to Lennon's "I Feel Fine". Lennon, at the least, made enough of a modification to reduce any accusation of outright "stealing".
