I just discovered your show and I can't get enough of it! I've subscribed to the podcast and listen every night while washing the dishes. I've loved 78's since I was a kid and listened to them on my great-grandma's victrola. Now I am a teacher and I like to incorporate music in with my lessons, especially about the 1920's through the Great Depression. I was wondering, do you have "Prosperity is Just Around Which Corner?" By Carson Robison (I think)? If so, could you play it? My students would benefit, and I'd be very happy to hear that song that I haven't heard in many years.
Thank you very much!

Rob,
Other Internet radio programs with 1920's and 1930's music that you should check out are "Radiola", "The Big Broadcast", and "Rapidly Rotating Records".

Mr, Edison, Codger, sir, you do a valuable service-thank you. It is great to hear the 78s that I never find in my hunts of auctions, second-hand stores, and antique shops. Thanks for having cylinders and Diamond Discs on as well. Always interested in hearing more novelty songs, maybe some more home records, as well? Would it be ok to paint a quote or two, cited of course, on the rear of my VW van? I too support making surface noise the national anthem and would like to invite others' inner children to a K.O. match. The van, by the way, has the works of a 78rpm portable built into one of the cabinets for camping and checking out yard sale finds. I have a new-fangled USB gramophone, but it is hard to resist acoustic reproduction.
