Street interviews, listener call-ins, vinyl gluttery, sporadic normalcy, original floperas and fiktion, blatant talking over songs, politix, tenderness, and a vague undercurrent of angst. Right up your alley!

Message Of Unity
Yes, this show was assembled hastily. An afternoon spent gathering interviews in Madison Square Park, and then an evening throwing it all together. I don't like to do it that way but, from time to time it's like that. Life intervenes and takes your free time. I don't have to tell you about it.

Anyway .... thank you for listening to this show. I hope that you got something from it. I know I have been going off the political deep-end of late. Some of you have expressed dismay over that. And, to a certain degree, I understand. I mean, it's not like I am an expert or something. Maybe it's just an easy way to get people to open up and talk. Sometimes delving for that personal stuff is much more difficult. That said, it is a compelling political environment right now. Hard to ignore, at least for me.

I'd love to hear from you. Won't you e-mail me and tell me where you listen and who you are? It's great to get listener feedback and stay connected.

Also ... I invite you personally to phone the D-SAM ... the Dusty Show Answerring Machine. That loyal little thing is standing vigil right now in the DJ sleep-nook at WFMU. Call and leave something I can play on the air. Read a short poem or sing a verse of a song. Tell me how YOU feel about politics or anything at all. It would be so GREAT to hear your message and play it on the air.

Until next time, enjoy this beautiful Spring, love one another and .... always remember.
