  3:55pm
vinh!:

Doug, Two Hearted is a great beer. Now that I live out west I can't get it any more, and miss it dearly. even amongst all the lovely, hoppy IPAs out here in Oregon.
  3:59pm
Doug:

It's my favorite ever, but I secretly wonder if it's actually considered "good" by real beer nerds.

Scott, loved the vox pops there.
  3:59pm
Doug:

By the way, why is there a fish on the label?
  4:16pm
jonathan:

do you have more billy jam performances to play? excellent!
  4:16pm
Jessica:

Yay, Scott Williams!

Your show is the perfect accompaniment to the freaky weirdness that is Life in Berkeley, today. It's Day 4 of ash-filled skies and bloodred daylight, only the long shadows are gone now. Maybe that's due to the enormous volume of ex-grassy-hillside coating everything, everywhere, or maybe because the city has teams on every block cutting back the trees, then tearing up the concrete. Nothing to throw a shadow, nothing to catch it, nothing to light it anyway. Throw Scott-Williams-on-a-Friday on top of all that and TADA: you're way past disoriented and feeling right at home.
  4:18pm
BillyJam:

What time is it? Here in Oaksterdam, CA it is always 4:19
  4:19pm
Jessica:

[waves through the haze, adds a little to it]
  4:22pm
FlakeyFoont:

who did that version of Cast Your Fate to the Wind you played at the beginning of the mic break?
  4:34pm
Scott:

Flakey, that's Pete King & His Orch from a Reader's Digest box set called "Love is Blue"; Jessica, wow - when I next try out for a regular show, I'm coming to you for the show description writeup! Thanks.
  4:40pm
jonathan:

thank you, scott.
  4:53pm
C:

Oh my god. I never knew the name of this band. Did they do choke the chicken too? My friend played this album for me like 15 years ago.
  5:02pm
Listener David:

this Jean-Claude Vannier tune sounds like the old Michael Finnagin children song that keeps repeating
  5:14pm
Ismael:

the Meters perform another nice version of "Wichita Lineman."
  5:15pm
Sean Daily:

But I wonder if they will cease in their efforts to contact you until they have been able to reach you.
  5:21pm
Ismael:

Scott, do you have available "The Ballad of Hank McCain (vocal)" from "The Big Gundown: Zorn Plays Morricone" (2000)? you know, for joke.
  5:40pm
Livvy:

mmmm....
  5:47pm
Jason:

  5:48pm
