Listener comments!

  4:33pm Gabrielle Hanlon:

This is a delightful show! I live in western Canada now, and I am so pleased that I can still listen to WFMU.
Thank you!
  7:24pm Patrick:

After a few years I still enjoy listening to this program. Right now I'm in the middle of reading Some Hustling, this! by Mark Miller, which is a great work on the expansion of jazz outside of the US between 1914 and 1929. I already recommend it.
  4:13pm Phil O'Keefe:

Great program!
  4:23am Bernhard Wichert:

Mac: A bit late but through the facility of listen again I was able to enjoy the all-cylinder-prog of Sep9. Great stuff and your idea to give them a place in history is absolutely correct. Maybe you find the time to do so again? - Cheers from Germany. Bernhard
  7:08am Ian in Hong Kong:

1909 Ocarina...wow! Got me thinking... anyone still alive who made an acoustic recording? Mmmm...I wonder... And also I wonder if there are any recordings of artistes describing the recording process?
  7:24am Ian again:

So Mac, once we've stood around your fire in Central Park and listened to the wonders of electricless music, how's about taking my Hawaii-based VV-50 portable down to the beach? I hesitate to say roll on the depression, but...roll on!
  9:16am Edisonc250:
