Mon. 10/20/08 9:09pm From: daniel

you played popcorn???? WHEN did this happen?

Mon. 10/20/08 9:19pm From: Clabs

Lila "Illuminatus" ~ is that 7" yours? Pretty rare and highly cool. Is it available anywhere? Show is good - don't let Rappin Rodney win.

Mon. 10/20/08 9:20pm From: Joe

Who'da thunk the electronic music guy might feel slightly chafed under the 7" only restriction?

Mon. 10/20/08 9:23pm From: Joe

Also, MAD PROPS on the NomeansNo. Ohhh man.

Mon. 10/20/08 9:29pm From: trent

for real!! nomeansno is my FAVORITE band. next to orbital and the cardigans. clabs - nope, it's the stations. VERY NICE RECORD with GREAT cover art. daniel - I'd say like 8:15??

Mon. 10/20/08 9:33pm From: paul

Mon. 10/20/08 10:02pm From: paul

this is making my brain vomit. do you have any V/VM on you?

Mon. 10/20/08 10:06pm From: trent

sorry paul. it was me too but sometimes hard things have to be done. no v/vm on 7". on computer yes but once again that's off limits. this is what happens.

Mon. 10/20/08 10:10pm From: paul

cause the 10,000 version of that song is almost as queasy as v/vm's version.

Mon. 10/20/08 10:11pm From: listening john

Mon. 10/20/08 10:14pm From: trent

what's wrong john?

Mon. 10/20/08 10:19pm From: Swami

I'm glad I am not a WFMU DJ. I only have 2 7"'s. One is "i'd really love to see you tonight" and "Id really love to see you tonight (Inst.)"by England Dan and John Ford Coley. The other is Andy Williams doing "Strawberry Letter #9" and " Red Leatherette"

Mon. 10/20/08 10:25pm From: listening john

speechless from 10000maniacs

Mon. 10/20/08 10:25pm From: trent

swamz, with just those records you could probably have done a better show than i am doing tonight.

Mon. 10/20/08 10:27pm From: listening john

are you gonna sneak in toad the wet sprocket at some point>?

Mon. 10/20/08 10:28pm From: jacqueline

Mon. 10/20/08 10:28pm From: Joe

Nah man the show is dope. It's got a delightful air of desperation about it.

Mon. 10/20/08 10:29pm From: listening john

i agree with JOE

Mon. 10/20/08 10:29pm From: Billy jam

I'm glad I am not a WFMU DJ - no wait I am one which is too bad coz I only have two seven inch records - one of which (Zager and Evans
"In the year 2525" was already played tonite so I cant repeat it on Friday leaving me with the sole other seven inch record I'll have to stretch out over 3 hours. It is "Ghostown" by the Specials (or was that a "Father Ted" episode?) ......Good show Trent!

Mon. 10/20/08 10:31pm From: listening john

i assume the djs don't have to supply ALL thheir won 7 inches..? you guys have a library

Mon. 10/20/08 10:35pm From: trent

john, one time i spilled beer all over all the turntables so not only am i not allowed to use the library, i had to bring in my own turntables to play them on too. billy, quit lying. i know you have at least 3 country homes stuffed with top shelf H-H if you know what i'm talking about. and don't even fool like you waz gonna play 2525. thanks everyone, i'm glad it sounds like you are enjoying my pathetic attempt to keep up with the past. sup JACQ!! toad the wet sprocket is coming soon. PS, can anyone with a good audio ear tell me how the bass sounds on this, over the air and over the computer? it's supposed to realy KICK.

Mon. 10/20/08 10:50pm From: concerned

Mon. 10/20/08 10:51pm From: Joe

That would be worth punishing, indeed.

Mon. 10/20/08 10:55pm From: ryon
