DJ Babu live in the mix on WFMU            Babu's new album "Duck Down Season 3" (Nature Sounds) drops on Tuesday. DJ Babu is the original "turntablist" and known for his DJ battle track record (inc ITF and Vestax) an his membership of such crews as Dilated People, Beat Junkies,Likwit Junkies, and for a slew of solo joints including his aforementioned ever-popular battle/break record "Super Suck Breaks" put out by his buddy Peanut Butter Wolf.   
DJ Babu live in the mix on WFMU            RECORD FAIR DETAILS starts today (Friday) at 7PM and runs through Sunday at Manhattan's Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 West 18th Street . Besides 10,000 square feet of amazing CDs, LPs, DVDs and artworks there will be live broadcasts, live music from DMBQ and Monotonix, movies in the AV Lounge, Rockband contests, the LP Modification Booth, a costume contest and more! Today 7-10pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 7pm. $6 _ earlybird $25 all weekend Live Bands and DJs: Secret guests from the Stones Throw label spin and project visuals on Friday 10/24 at 8pm. Monotonix perform Sunday afternoon 10/26 at 2pm and DMBQ perform the same day at 3:45
