Yeah, Dethclok is Brandon Small, who did the Home Movies animated series and Metalocalypse, on guitar with a band. He does the music for the series.

That is Gene Hoglan and yes, he toured with Dethklok in both tours so far- the mini-college tour of fall 2007 and the big tour of summer 2008. They are due to tour this fall again, probably October.
