(mta) Tony:

We've been to the station, but didn't see you. We've been to record fairs, but didn't see you. We've done things and have been around, but never saw you. Is there any way we can see just who IS the man behind the music? We've always wondered what does a man who plays such wonderful music look like. We're sure many of your loyal listeners wonder the same. Can you share that with us now that you're leaving the area?

Must be a wonderful feeling to know how much you've meant to so many people. Please store our eMail address and let us know if you broadcast again. Truly, all the best wishes from us. So glad to have been here today. Godspeed. - tony2

Wow, man. So many beautiful sentiments. My esteem for the FMU community is bolstered. As usual, I'm late to the game -- work and all that -- but, I've been with you in the archives and well, heck, I'm sad.

It all started for me with you with Random's "It Hertz" (http://wfmu.org/playlists/shows/6359). I used to have a business card that said touted myself as an "experimental" musician ‘cause I played a few songs that didn't fit a format. Ha-ha. Listening for the past 6.5 years, I've come to learn and enjoy what "experimental" truly means.

I still dream of the Tony Coulter Museum wherein patrons can carefully and delicately witness your treasure trove.

Hailing from Hood River, OR, I'm happy to know that you are planting yourself firmly in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Peace on, yo~
