The program formerly known as Dinner at Andy's, The Fuzzy Glove Hour, Whores, and The Happiness Hut. Ken and Andy, also known as The Enema Boys, further lower WFMU's already abysmal standards on a weekly basis. Stunt radio which subjects the radio audience to concepts and topics which mature adults should not have to endure. Find the fatal flaw. (Visit homepage.)

I hope Don MacLean calls up this evening.

First comment! Woo hoo!
  6:03pm
Gibby in Manchester:

Sorry Sean.

Sean Daily:

I met Ken once and, let me tell you, it was horrible. All he did was growl at me, then he just jumped all over for absolutely no reason whatsoever, tore off my arm and started eating it and...

Wait a minute, we're talking about Ken? I thought the theme was "Rate Your Encounter with Simba, The Lion at the Zoo".
  6:06pm
Laurie:

Mad Magazine actually plays a pretty prominent role in 10¢ Plague. I loved that book! I also love Jeffrey Lewis and fold-ins!
  6:07pm
Laurie:

Also, what's a progarmme?

Listener Number 5119:

In defense of Andy, let me say that Jayne Mansfield and Joey Heatherton are bombshells the likes of which we just don't see today. Although I will admit that if the woman in the Progressive Insurance commercials was blonde, she'd come pretty close.

Sean Daily:

Out in "the real world"? As opposed to what? The Matrix?

I'm busy doing taxes so I can't call in. But I met Ken for the first time at the record fair. He just had this aura about him. Very impressive. I don't usually get awed by someone even if they are of great importance. But for some reason Ken had this quality about him to me. I was like, this guy should be president...of something. Then I realized he is the head of the greatest thing ever. WFMU.

I see Ken in the deli downstairs sometimes and he never says hi. 5.

It was Czechoslovakia when Jayne Mansfield was alive.

Berm it - as in some 1930's traffic cop telling a driver to pull his car over to the berm.

secret admirer +++ of Ken:

Ken: 10 (I would marry him); Andy: 1. So sorry I missed the live show to register my numbers. Andy IS rude to listeners, and that is uncalled for. Ken gives me a tingle every time I see him. It's a shame Andy scored so high; I so agree with you, Ken.
  7:14am
Pookie:

I dated Andy at a hotel on Rt 1&9 between the tunnels. He wanted me to be his 'mommy', but tried paying me with Bed Bath & Beyond coupons. He was pretty pushy about it, and I had to taze him.
