Cecile:

Hi, Maria!
Can you play "Angels" by FLight of the Conchords?

It's oddly appropriate for the last several hours of programming...
  12:04pm

Maria:

What I need here, from you people out there, are some suggestions on how to feel better about the state of things right now. I've tried alcohol, but that leads to other problems.
  12:43pm
Cecile:

I would make a donation to the cleanup, whether it be cash, dish soap or pet hair.
  12:45pm
andrew:

quality time with my kitties tends to help. insert your pet of choice. helps for a few minutes!
  12:47pm

  12:48pm
JT:

Wow, this is great stuff. There's an old Lyrichord album of "macedonian gypsy" music that sounds exactly like this. 2 double reed pipes (one as drone or backup) and one drum, often family combos.
  12:50pm
Rob W:

Zurnas rule! Thanks Madame Levitsky.
  12:52pm
osvi:

On a Wednesday, with layoffs looming, the potential closure of the public library I work at, yet music (intellectually stimulating music) makes things...better. Thank you, Maria. You made it that much bearable and brought a smile to my face! That is why WFMU kicks bad day's ass!!
  12:59pm

  2:32pm
