this song reminds me of the TV programming on Saturday mornings on a religious cable channel I used to get, they would play kids cartoons about Islam, and music videos with Birthday shout outs to people in the Muslim community, wherever it was broadcasting from (Toronto maybe?), it was all very public access and cool

The vibe of the Knife song got me thinking about that Charanjit Singh album "10 Ragas to a Disco Beat". It's amazing this album came out in the early eighties and is probably one of the first "techno" albums, if not the first - http://tinyurl.com/32fxp6f
