steve:

yeow Sue!

Nearly 100K on Scharpling? If he's gonna make *that* much for the marathon, maybe the show could be renamed to "Goyim in the PM"
  1:16am
DanO:

This broadcast has 90% less cocentrated cynical bitterness without William Berger. But somehow I like it just as much.
  1:25am
Adam from Lynnwood, Washington:

Right on, Pamela!!!!!!
  1:27am
minnesota jeff:

Listener: I can't here JM in the AM out here, but I heard some overlap yesterday or today and it sounded like he was saying he pulled in $75,000 for that day. Does he do something similar to that 5 days a week? Also, I just heard a very audible "Fuck Off!" broadcasted.
  1:29am
FCC:

What's an occasional "Fuck off!" among friends?

DanO:

Where's Crow???
You guys have to drag him in there during the fund drive for a guest appearance...
  1:40am
coalhard:

two things are brilliant--wfmu and charlie sheen --the way he is fucking with the media with neat weird videos--pure theater--media taking serious--so funny

  2:26am
Adam from Lynnwood, Washington:

I wish I had $4,500 x2 to give to WFMU for the pleasure of listening to Sue and Therese, on top of what I've already contributed this year. If you haven't yet, pledge your support for clearly steamrollin' radio! 1-800-989-9368 or wfmu.org C'MONNNNNN!! Don't fuhgeddaboutit.
  2:30am

  2:35am
tlw:

Sue's show always slays

@Adam, I used to live in Lynnwood!
Interestingly, my first night in Seattle when I moved here, went to see Unwound play at the Breakroom on Cap Hill.
  2:38am
Adam from Lynnwood, Washington:

WOW! Love it, tlw! Saw them once myself. Such a great show! My friend Trish opened that club. She later sold and, as I'm sure you might well know, it became Chop Suey. Jared from Karp and the Melvins was her door guy. :-)
  2:39am
Adam from Lynnwood, Washington:

....and, yes, Sue's show is a monster!
  2:40am
coelacanth:

'just back in town. so what i miss? ...(just kidding) well you've no "premium" Right? well i pledge to you anyway. you feed my brain. ...And i'm NOT DRUNK! ...(just kidding again!)
  2:41am

  2:43am
Adam from Lynnwood, Washington:

  2:43am
richard:

  2:44am
richard:

  2:47am

Coelacanth: drunken pledging is just as admirable as sober pledging. ;-)
  2:47am
richard:

  2:50am
Therese:

We will happily take your drunk pledge!
  2:50am

  3:05am
coelacanth:

Thank you Sue!
  3:06am
Therese:

Ah, your secret identity is safe with me, Coelacanth!
  4:11am
tlw:

Breakroom was a great little venue in its day. Solid booking there. Thrones was opening for Unwound, I believe.

I'd met Joe Preston previously (in Minneapolis) while Thrones was on the road with Shellac and Blond Redhead a few months prior. Hell of a bill, looking back on it now.
  12:12pm
ronnie:

Best Show!? That guy should retire and sue should just start at 6
  8:52am
vico:
