I used to be a vegetarian. the first meat i ate when i stopped was sardines. someone said that's not meat! some people even think chicken is not meat and only think red meat is meat. i once heard a vegetarian say that she doesn't eat anything with a face on it. well. they usually cut the whole head off the animal before they turn it into delicious food. but i eat the heads too. they are delicious.
