Prairie Prince is criminally overlooked in most discussions of great rock drummers.
  3:16pm
pygmy delyte:

Wait, we're still on the 1st tune.... Tubes perform @BB King's, NYC 8/22. As I understand it, Trey Sabattini is filling in for Prairie Prince. But Prince is otherwise still active w The Tubes. PS @hamburger, Prairie Prince has performed w your namesake, Neil.

  4:01pm
hamburger:

woa, from wikipedia about Neil Hamburger: In August 2010, Hamburger appeared on the Alternative Stage at the Reading Music Festival in the UK, where his entire set was booed and derided by the capacity crowd, with chants of "You're shit and you know you are!". As the set progressed bottles and other projectiles were hurled at Hamburger, before he was finally shouted off.
  4:02pm

(mta) Tony:

Sorry, I tuned in late and missed the beginning of Mike's discussion on early Seger System availability, but if it's any help, each of the "System" albums have been officially released on CD; I know, because I bought them all (Back in '72, Brand New Morning, Mongrel, Noah, Ramblin' Gamblin' Man, Seven, Smokin' O.P.'s, Early Vol. 1, etc.). However, they were only available in Europe. As always, I'm happy to share 'em.
  4:36pm
