  5:48pm Doug Schulkind:

Don't flip out on me Artie. I need you to refill the punch bowl.
  5:52pm Artie:

...reaching under the bar for the wining jug..
  5:53pm Doug Schulkind:

Spike it baby, spike it!

  5:58pm Doug Schulkind:

Hola Carmichael. And Buenas tardes Listener James. Double dipping on the stream, I see.
  6:00pm listener james from westwood:

ahhhh, who else would have me?
  6:03pm ndbob:

:)
  6:04pm Doug Schulkind:

Weird hiccups on the stream. Not sure what's clanking me off. Let's hope the problems are past us (knock wood).
  6:06pm ndbob:

as the sun is going down... was 21 here this morning but nice and sunny
  6:09pm Doug Schulkind:

It was 21°F but a warm 21°. (Spoken as only a true North Dakotan can say!)
  6:11pm ndbob:

In a couple months it will be a nice -10:)
  6:13pm Carmichael:

Good Lord, that's an inhuman temperature.
  6:13pm listener james from westwood:

Can't spell "nice –10" without "ice"!
  6:14pm Doug Schulkind:

Is this record completely insane, or is it me?
  6:15pm listener james from westwood:

hah, just flipped back to this window to say this one's a real screamer!
  6:16pm ndbob:

it's insane - great and a great title too
  6:17pm Carmichael:

Is this the Bahamian Tony McKay, that did junkaroo in the early 70s?
  6:19pm Doug Schulkind:

Carmichael, Tony McKay is better known by his other stage name Exuma. So YES, you are correct!
  6:19pm Carmichael:

junkanoo? Junkaloo?
  6:19pm ndbob:

as is this one
  6:20pm Richard from Venezuela:

Hello Doug and all the listeners.
  6:20pm Doug Schulkind:

Junkanoo to you Richard from V!
  6:20pm glenn:

bichon frise is more of a cosmo kind of dog, no? maybe a mojitp.
  6:21pm Carmichael:

I have a few songs by him somewhere on a hard drive. My stage name would be Eczema.
  6:30pm Doug Schulkind:

No need to be ashamed of your pooch, Glenn. Some of my best friends have bichon frises.
  6:32pm øשl:

much love from the backwoods
  6:33pm Doug Schulkind:

Give a hoot, don't pollute!
  6:35pm glenn:

i'm a rottweiler or border collie kinda guy.
  6:37pm listener james from westwood:

i dreamed about an irish wolfhound last night. weird. might want a somewhat more compact hound, though.
  6:38pm Doug Schulkind:

My wife and daughter have been putting the squeeze on me to get a big dog. Shoot, they've already got a big doug. (I got a beagle for my 10th birthday. She was once diagnosed with emphysema.)
  6:41pm ndbob:

i had a beagle when i was growing up as well
  6:43pm Doug Schulkind:

ndbob, my brother!
  6:44pm trish:

Big dogs shed pretty big.

  6:44pm listener james from westwood:

had a beagle/lab mix as a kid. had the black-lab coat but the beagle frame. and webbed toes.
  6:44pm monica:

yes, doug! a dog! do it.
  6:47pm Doug Schulkind:

Schnauzers make me think of Snausages, which makes me want a dog even less. (Don't get me wrong. I love dogs. Other people's dogs.)

Speaking of which, good evening Monica! Did you hear the earlier track Big Butters? I was thinking of your four-footed dollface.
  6:49pm trish:

I echo my bias toward lab/dalmations - shedder or no
  6:50pm Artie:

Lee Fields two shows in a row. Love it!
  6:52pm Doug Schulkind:

Ten points to ARTIE for paying attention!
  6:54pm Doug Schulkind:
