I am reading about these privately run prisons. It saves the state money on budget spread sheets and makes politicians, judges and others money by bribes. Kids caught out late at night are being sent to these shit holes for 6 months by judges that benefit by corruption.

when I was there we had to bring our gold to the "city" to get paid the most. this was back in the 80's...1880's...once we tried to sneak out a huge bag of weed we traded from some mexicans. the government was there and one of the mexicans warned us and whispered "you are going to get frisked, yo!" and then that is when I think the Frsco thing began. because of the "frisk, Yo!"
