Favoriting Brian Turner: Playlist from December 27, 2011 Favoriting

Order and disorder in a freeform haze of terribly-played guitars, shorted-out electronics, found audio detritus, strange sounds from strange lands all around. Psych-punk-junk, collage, even pop. Lots of in-studio live performances to boot.

Cheri Pi:

all right let's do this thing, people are you ready?
  3:05pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

first day back at work, I'm anything but ready...I'm sleepy...

Cheri Pi:

A cubicle nap does sound good.
  3:13pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

our Christmas surprise was going 50 miles to my mom's house, hearing "meow" loudly, and opening my hood to have the neighbor's cat pop out.
  3:15pm
kat330:

@DCE: Um, did you bring him back home I hope?
  3:15pm
Cheri Pi:

Wow DCE!! The cat who came to dinner.

  3:19pm

That's awful, DCE. How did your neighbor react? Or are you keeping it a secret from them?
  3:20pm

Eeesh. I've known pets to travel that far and far more. Hope it isn't mostly expressways to cross. Maybe your neighbor has a microchip inserted.
  3:22pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

my neighbor "keeps" lots of cats by feeding them but not housing them...so...
  3:22pm
kat330:

Not good judgment on the neighbor's part to leave the cat outside to begin with.
  3:23pm
