Here's a piece of advice from the Ukrainian emergencies minister (according to BBC news):

You need to get up in the morning, take active exercise and work," he was quoted by Ukrainskaya Pravda as telling reporters on Wednesday. "It hasn't killed anyone yet and only makes a person fitter."His personal advice to keep warm, he added, was to "run 8-10km [5-6 miles] every morning and bathe in cold water, all year round".

Most of the more than 100 people found dead so far were homeless. No further comments needed, I think.

The two London ones are on/off Portobello Road which may have been low rent once, but not now, I'd think. Local brewery Big Boss recently served up some casks of their porter soaked on bourbon soaked chips. Delicious stuff. Adds just the kick and sharpness that a good porter can benefit from. Duck Rabbit's porter comes with a bit of an edge built in. Fell in love with Six Point Righteous Rye Ale on a recent trip to Brooklyn. No distribution here in NC, sadly. Been sampling other Rye Ales/IPAs and found a pretty good analogue in Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye. Soon to be brewed in state.

actually, like anything else over here in the US, there's a whole lot of shitty microbrew out there. Too hoppy, unbalanced. European beer is way more reliable in my opinion.
