  10:05am Jack:

@miketp; sorry, ancient mixed up memories. I saw many shows at the Fillmore during that period '69-71'. also the acadamy and the capitol (portchester). I was at the J. Winter/Derringer, Allmans (and Elvin Bishop!) show; I was the drunk guy yelling for the Allmans to get off.
  10:10am miketp:

@jack i was there for the allmans n fillmore show really loved jwinters drummer bobby caldwell he drummed with cap beyond so many shows all we needed was 5 or ten bucks a bone or 2 n we were good.
10:12am David from NJ in ATL:

NRBQ covering the Kinks? Doesn't get much better than that. Thanks for the report, Bob.
  10:13am James in ATL:

I have memories as a kid of seeing Piano Red playing at Underground Atlanta in the late 60's. He was quite a site to see.
10:14am David from NJ in ATL:

Forgot about this nugget! Well done.
  10:15am Jack:

miketp: amen brother! I walked into the Fillmore with a grocery bag with 4 bottles of wine (and many joints); nobody even looked twice. 5 or 10 bucks?! Try $3.50 for the cheap seats! a lot of great music there.
  10:21am bruce:

I was mourning the end of NRBQ but this new formulation is rockin"
10:24am David from NJ in ATL:

Thanks for this set, Bob.
  10:26am Mike East:

  10:27am James in ATL:

NRBQ played a Piano Red Tribute at Smiths Olde Bar in Atlanta on 8/12/2010 and it was a fabulous night. There are youtube vids like this one out there: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKsWHqbZJOs
  10:39am Mike East:

GREAT show this morning, Bob.

Anyone know how many Ibuprofen is too many to take at once? I'd like to take just under that.
  10:39am mrmucho:

the bass on this moby grape track is killer
  10:41am Jack:

@mike east: take them with some food, not on an empty stomach. I've taken 4 at a time (200mg) with no problem.
  10:42am Honey Water:

Hi, Bob and all! Been listening well before I got to the playlist here. Mike, I don't know the answer to your question, but here are some healing vibes I'm sending Eastward }}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

Hope they help! :)
  10:42am Mike East:

ah cool, I just ate. I'm goin' for five. I'll comment here just before I call 911 if it comes to that :) Having some serious back/neck pains.
  10:42am Jack:

not too clear: I've taken 4 200mg at one time with no problem
  10:42am Honey Water:

And I'll echo what so many others have already said -- it's been a great morning listen, Bob. Thanks!
  10:45am Mike East:

Thanks for the vibes Honey Water, feeling better already. The music helps, too...being at work on a Saturday, does not.
  10:55am Philo Gristle:

Looks like I missed a great show! Moby Grape, Night of the Hunter.... ah well, there's always the archives.
  10:57am Honey Water:

Speaking of sunshine, whenever I see photos of the sun's plasma and solar photosphere, they seem to be sunflower paintings by Van Gogh. Case in point: http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/image/1207/AR1520_071112friedman.jpg
  10:58am Honey Water:

Have a good Saturday all, and sure hope it's pain-free for you, Mike!
  10:58am Doctor Feelgood:

Ipuprofen in excess of 2,000 mg per day requires physician's supervision, do not combine with other NSAIDs and limit/cease alcohol for your liver and stomach lining
  10:59am tomB:

overslept & missed He's in Town, Kiss Me Baby, Cpt. Clack, Cat Mother! No fair, my computer lost it's audio capacity. Archives are useless!
  11:02am Mike East:

Thanks, Doctor.
  11:02am Mike East:

Thanks, HW
  10:53am DAvid Greenberger:

The track of mine with Jupiter Circle is actually "No Funny Business at Roseland" which is the second-to-last number on the CD, right before "Shiny Bright". Works perfectly there in your program, thank you.
