	3:50pm northguineahills: I have breakfast tacos at least twice a week (of course, w/ a soft corn tortilla), usually w/ vegan chorizo, onions, jalapenos, huevos, and sometimes refried beans (+more).
	3:51pm Cecile: eggs are cheap, and you shouldn't have scrambled eggs lying around for more than a few days. So toss em if you are sick of eating them.

	3:52pm Cecile: I love eggs and mexican food, but not a fan of scrambled eggs. I feel like Beavis and Butthead when they encountered the breakfast burrito: "This burrito sucks! Someone put eggs in it!"

	4:05pm northguineahills: My favorite huitlacoche dish is a huitlacoche potato soup w/ jalapenos and other herbs and spices. It's a great cold weather meal.
	4:05pm Cecile: now that sounds pretty good - it's really just mushroom soup in a way.
	4:07pm northguineahills: My gf taught me how to do Mexican cuisine, and she'll tell you that I've surpassed her skills, but I still can't make amazing guac. So, I can say w/ confidence that Doug has me beat in that category.

	4:09pm dcp: thing about guac is, you can either spend a lot of time trying to perfect a recipe, or just cut up some avocado and tomatoes and throw them on your food.

	4:05pm northguineahills: My favorite huitlacoche dish is a huitlacoche potato soup w/ jalapenos and other herbs and spices. It's a great cold weather meal.
