Street interviews, listener call-ins, vinyl gluttery, sporadic normalcy, original floperas and fiktion, blatant talking over songs, politix, tenderness, and a vague undercurrent of angst. Right up your alley!

Hi Clay! Nice summer afternoon here in Tucson. I've been selling off 7-inch singles on Ebay over the last few years. Usually in lots of up to 45 singles. From a collection that was about 400 at one time. I'm keeping about 10% of the singles and digitizing most of what I sell. It's given me a reason to play records I had not played in years.
Avatar 6:11pm
kat330:

Yep, though still trying to negotiate chopsticks and the keyboard, listening, eating and typing.
Avatar 6:11pm
Clay Pigeon:

The best rock bio is Sammy Hagar's. It was in the bathroom here. Scharpling was praising it as well. Nicki Sixx' Heroin Diaries are pretty good, too. In a harrowing way.
Avatar 6:12pm
Philo Gristle:

Anything with Telly Savalas has got to be gold..... but methinks that's not at the library. Just went there yesterday, and picked out a bunch of movies to bring home! Also pick books, magazines, graphic novels, cds and audiobooks from their selection. And then donate tons of my own books to them to make room, make room.
Avatar 6:12pm
Clay Pigeon:

Drewo. Greedinz!

kat330:

@Philo: That's a losing battle when you receive 4-5 new review books each week. :,
Avatar 6:14pm
Philo Gristle:

Sammy Hagar's autobio had some mysteries and cosmology in it too, I believe. Not that I'll ever read it.
