...Beatles & Tambourine - 2009 Remasters made that notable! George Martin has said that he's worked w/ a few people - but the young Beatles seemed to have a quick & natural genius for Arrangement (...obviously) - which is itself a word that has sort of slyly got my attention more & more lately...& I wonder about generally...
- Crosby has been a LeoMonster awlright: read his autbio. 'LongTimeGone' - he took the drug thing just as far as it would go - w/ all the impact on friends that that implies!
- @ same time - I think he deserves a lotta cred for things he don't often get - like bringing Coltrane Jazz & Shankar Indian stuff to the Byrds & in fact to George & the Beatles (& hence whole World) too! His broad outlook, i.e. ...
