Bill, got to say Mike Watt is copacetic. Played the whole of The Hyphenated Man with the trio. Then some more. He looked totally knackered at the end. So intense but still fun. Last words were 'John Coltrane, End of tour' Then JC comes on the PA.
Here is the tour diary, two months so it is lengthy.

Wake it and shake it.
Wag it and shag it. (Henry Fonda in Sometimes a Great Notion)
Avatar 5:20am
Bill Mac:

Henry Fonda actually said that?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:20am

The great brain in the sky says:
'wag it' - take a pee
'shag it' - zip it up

A bit relieved, thought it meant something else.

Ken Kesey wrote it, Henry spoke it

It was Ken Kesey's second book after Cuckoos Nest. One of Fonda's last. I was trying to find a quote but it has to rely on my memory.

I did see Dune and yes it is bad. But this is about a version of Dune that never got made. An incredibly high art concept of a sci-fi movie as envisioned and meticulously story boarded by the director of the midnight movie classic El Topo.
