Quick note -- with the early stereo Beatles LPs with the all the drums pushed to one channel, an aspiring drummer could play an LP on a stereo equipped with a turntable and a cassette deck, drum along to the music (with headphones), and overdub his own drum track on by running a live mike into one of the channels, and recording it on the cassette deck. The Beatles without drums in one channel, young drummer's new drum track in the other! I did this so many times as a young'un.

Trivia: Called a 'Trap' set for 'contraption' - because before that nearly every tradition in the world was one person, one drum... - FourSeasons perhaps makes points of great drums on 'Pop' & things not generally credited w/ great drums ( - I like the Hollies' drummer!)...
