"I listened yesterday. It's no reflection on you but I could'nt see where you were going or what you were going for. This early seventies thing did'nt get noticed the first time and you talk about friends of like Dealney and Bonnie who had records out like we're supposed to remember who they are. Then you play this long winded free jazz stuff that really grates on my nerves. And that noise without a beat and sounds like someones being pinched. Then you play a reggae song, I think you called it Dub, to what, be cool? You seem to really fetishize the whole folk thing too which is obnoxious to us who don't even care. I liked it when you played that punk song though. I like Joe Belock a lot." (Visit homepage.)

Some in my office is watching Prime Ministers questions. I have this lovely drone with smug politicians leaking in through my headphones.

Check out the Alice Boman live set on DJ Stashu's very poignant last show a few weeks back. Gorgeous.

GutenTZAG people.

...I consider myself, frankly, working poor
- so - what I does is Pledge the minimum allowed automatically - $10/month ; a teacup in the ocean, but I can manage that much @ that pace, & it's there for FMU unless/until I feel like stopping it.

- Pledges being Credited to the Program that's on when you Pledge seems a simple & tidy way to do it
- but I kinda wish there was a page w/ all the Programs (...I never ask much right) w/ boxes to check for whom you would like to credit. It all goes to FMU anyhow - & it'd be kinda a base way of having a 'popularity contest' (which seems un-FMU-ish to begin w/) - but the pledgers would be confident they're crediting whom they would like, & 'getting across'...

well, i grew up pretty much next door to the red baron's niece or great niece. she might be available for flight duty.
Avatar Wed. 10/15/14 8:39am Cheri Pi:

I am being so frugal this month, my goal is to own both silent fundraiser t-shirts to honor the beasts at home. I will pledge next week.

This all round man gots to be getting all round the town, now. Thanks, John and see you, and all, next time.
@glenn: Ride of the Aviatrix. There's a soundtrack for that, I think.
