OK, a conventional zone. Just asking 'cos i recently discovered that there are some parts of the world (India being one) where there are "half-time-zones" (e.g. Varanase is 5.5 hours ahead of London) and you seemed to be half an hour out from GMT. i'm not sure how widespread this is but is surprised me.
