Avatar 6:21pm

No standards here for sure. Me, I just like saying buttless chaps and chapless butts. It's the same thing!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:21pm
Sem Chumbo:

Saw these guys a great long while ago at a university in New Brunswick, Canada. I believe substances might have consumed in conjunction with that concert.
Avatar 6:23pm
Bill Mac:

The missus useta trek me out to see them every time they came to the US back in the 70s. They ended up opening up for UK last time we saw them

Pangloss in Voltaire's Candide had a buttock shot off. Just saying.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:29pm
Sem Chumbo:

Better than going off half-cocked, surely.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:31pm
Brian in UK:

Hello Sem
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:32pm
Stanley:

Brian, wasn't it Cunegonde who had to give up her buttock to be eaten by her captors? It's been a while since I last read that wonderful book.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:33pm
Sem Chumbo:

Hello, Brian. You're looking well.

Stanley. It has been a long time. Oops.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:36pm

Stanley!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:38pm

Ahhhh, Brian. Creaming an iguana is so worth it, looks-wise.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:39pm

Whatever happened to those little fish that used to nibble your feet at the shopping centre? I kinda miss them
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:40pm

Toe-main poisoning?

Ken From Hyde Park:

I remember Hee Haw from way back when. Grandpa Jones cleaning a window that had no glass in it. "Hey Grandpa, what's for supper?" Then he'd answer them with a list of possum-related food items.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:43pm
Brian in UK:

I saw one of those Peruvian pipes coagulations with backing tracks recently.Thought they were extinct.

Horslips? Procul Harem? Love the tear in the space time continuum you've headed down.
Avatar 6:53pm

@Brian It's one of the groups that I remember seeing advertised on the album jackets back in the day. Never played anything by them. What do you know

@Stanley Over under sideways down baby!
Avatar 6:54pm

temp is just fine:)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:59pm

Bill, had the first album fold out, tasteful. I think that Mick Grabham played in Cochise and Procul struck a chord that he played with them.

I seem to remember a sepia-tone looking portrait of an Indian. Something else to track down.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:02pm

A Beach Boys track I enjoyed. Never thought it would come to that
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:04pm
northguineahills:

I was 21 before I learned to enjoy the Beach Boys (of course, this was in the late 90s), then I found some 'polaroid-esque' photos of the Beach Boys in an LP, and my now wife put them in frames and put them on the wall.
Avatar 7:11pm
ndbob:

I wasa Beach Boy fan from early on but my interest lapsed in the late 70s - came back though
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:12pm
northguineahills:

It wasn't the Mix-Up, but that instrumental album they put out around '96 "The In Sound from Way Out" that I appreciated the Beastie Boys, and had to work my way backwards.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:24pm
Brian in UK:

A black hole opened up and I dived in. Till the next time, Bill.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:26pm
Stanley:

Looks like the bottle of 'Old Nostril' is finished and a fine brew it was too, especially if you're like me and enjoy a drop of the ol' creosote. This does mean, of course, that I'm shortly heading into the Abyss. Still be listening but the loss of the use of my hands means I can only issue meaningless grunts from now on. Loved the show so far. Later, Bill
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:26pm
