	8:11pm Listener Robert: Glenn, I don't know about "complaining", but I do find entertainers in general, whether volunteer or professional, and their fans, tend to be overly sensitive about CRITICISM. On YouTube critics are called "haters".

	8:13pm Listener Robert: The problem is at its worst when there's an identifiable home team, as when comment threads are hosted by the person being criticized. WFMU's an example, YouTube's another, Facebook of course. And yet when criticism is allowed (not falsely invited & then suppressed), it adds enormously to the host's credibility.
