First morning back at work - thanks for the tunes, Joe.
Avatar Swag For Life Member Tue. 7/18/17 3:24am Vincent Nifigance:

Hullo Joe, love the Hip Hop you play for us, I've been trying to find my way back to it after being fatigued.
  Tue. 7/18/17 3:25am Darren:

Welcome back Joe, looking forward to this after last weeks show...
Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 3:30am Joe D.:

Couldn't watch the last two episodes because I didn't want it to end
Avatar Swag For Life Member Tue. 7/18/17 4:05am Vincent Nifigance:

No, it isn't cheesy at all, it's really interesting.
Tue. 7/18/17 4:10am Liam in Denmark:

Wow, I just heard this story. . . on. . . I wanna say Snap Judgement?
  Tue. 7/18/17 4:14am Ajay:

Thnx for the tunes Joe. Just had a show last Saturday with Busta Rhymes at our venue Paradiso in Amsterdam. Voted worst show ever. Dude stumbled onstage at 2am drunk and high, mumbled through a couple of sloppy jams, and retired after 15 minutes. It's a rap!
Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 4:16am tomasz.:

i'm at my job, fuck this
Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 4:19am Joe D.:

Liam isn't it the best story ever?

Ajay I miss skinny Busta. Ever since he got ripped, things haven't been the same. What happened to the dude covered in body paint with dreads rapping about turning into a walrus?
  Tue. 7/18/17 4:20am a of the c:

heard this the other day. great story. great ending
Tue. 7/18/17 4:22am Liam in Denmark:

Yeah fuck work.

Joe, yeah great flippin' story.
To be honest I'm new to your show - do you do stories often?
Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 4:24am Joe D.:

I'm new to my show as well! We'll see!
Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 4:29am Joe D.:

WFMU listeners please forgive me for playing Zep and Jimi back to back but this one is for all my tri-state area early shift working stiffs out there
Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 4:37am tomasz.:

Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 4:43am Joe D.:

Avatar Swag For Life Member Tue. 7/18/17 4:43am Scraps:

  Tue. 7/18/17 4:43am BEAVO:

  Tue. 7/18/17 4:45am BEAVO:

Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 4:45am Joe D.:

Tue. 7/18/17 4:47am tom from Glasgow:

  Tue. 7/18/17 4:48am BEAVO:

Note to John Paul Jones stick to Bass! That was the end really?
  Tue. 7/18/17 4:48am BEAVO:

Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 4:49am Joe D.:

they EVENTUALLY make their way back to the main riff and it's deliciously anti-climatic but I couldn't take it anymore!!!

Tue. 7/18/17 4:52am tom from Glasgow:

my favourite JPJ thing is prolly the string arrangements on "Automatic for the People"
Avatar    Tue. 7/18/17 4:55am Joe D.:

I wonder if him and Stipe hung out at all or if it was just strictly business
Tue. 7/18/17 4:55am tom from Glasgow:

  Tue. 7/18/17 4:55am BEAVO:
