Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:17am
jj.:

the final version was known as "rill rill", but on the original demo (a slightly different mix, which i prefer), it's labeled "ring ring": www.discogs.com...

Evening All! Great instrumentals! Pity about the vocals though.
  1:14am
rw:

pp, yes. He had a bunch of great stories. He's a good story teller and I guess he's been associated with some pretty cool people in his career. If you know of him I'd recommend the archive.

Lucky enough to have seen Neil and Crazy Horse on the "Ragged Glory" tour at Nassau Coliseum with opening acts Sonic Youth and Social Distortion. Great show, great bill.

Tidy666:

Hey there!greetings from the Catskills...I saw the ragged tour in troy NY...Neil was killing the baby boomers!I read he asked einsturzende neubauten to be an opener on that tour.imagine that!neato...excellent show Mr j.
  2:11am
b k:

Wow, Einstuzende Neubauten would of really upped the feedback of that bill even more. Heard a lot of booing from idiots during the opening acts so that might have sent them over their fragile edge.
  2:17am
Tidy666:

Fer sure...I thought it was a fantastic and ballsy move on Neils part..social d was great...and sy were just basking in it!super cool!more bills like that are needed...like the grateful dead should have had edgy acts opening!

John in Bklyn:

Sorry I missed all the Neil and Crazy Horse. This Chuck Johnson is beautiful.
