my fellow drummer rival in 8th grade ended up being Jimmy Sturr's back up drummer. Jimmy Sturr was big in my county (Sussex). in the mid 90s I even worked as a busboy in Bavarian resturant in Sparta that was called Rock Oak Lodge -- they put on live shows during dinner, especially Schnitzelbank.
