  2:08pm G MINUS GUS:

NOTE: The Rhythm Cadets-Rocking Jimmy ,the record has not been cared for properly; for example, it has been left out of its sleeve, has been dropped, or suffered other types of damage.

The record is playable, but it will display a lot of surface noise (scratchy, warbled sound) and may even jump.

The record itself will be warped and scratched; damage to the center may be very noticeable.

SURFSIDE PIZZA

216 AVENIDA VAQUERO D STE
SAN CLEMENTE CA 92672

Inspector's Comments:

Upon arriving to the facility, numerous rodent droppings were found on the shelving under the cash register as well as on the floor under the utensil table behind the cash register.

Fluorescent urine streaks were also observed on the wall above the spice bottles on the storage racks in the food storage room. At the base of the storage rack around the casters, there was a large fluorescent puddle which was visibly yellow to the naked eye.

The operator believed the yellow dried puddle on the floor was old onion juice fluorescing, so his diced and whole onions were looked over with the black light to show neither the cut nor whole onions glow under the black light.
