...now make an Xmas record!...
  3:19pm Bumbles Bounce:

Merry Christmas King Kelly!
  3:26pm and something else:

More senior moments: Did not hear the first two songs back-announced. Stumped me on the Strawberry Sound of Alarm Clock Music -"My Favorite Things", and "I saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus"
Avatar 3:28pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Some great StrawberryAlarm (...if you doubted them) from AndrewSandoval :
www.podomatic.com...
  3:38pm and something else:

Okay- I downloaded it for later. Recognizing the Monkees authority had moved to WFMU I was recently looking at his archives, that feature a different band each show.

'Come to the Sunshine' is a(nother) great, & very generous program! A keeper, & a great addition to the mighty FMU.
  3:43pm Bumbles Bounce:

Hidden Volume seems like the hot label du jour.
  3:49pm nickrhombi:

i bought an elecric sugar cube compillation at bleeker bobs in the 90s and this was on it. - this is a much cleaner version!
  4:20pm Bumbles Bounce:

"Son of My Father" is an earworm.
  4:32pm and something else:

Cher in a muff, "Oh Holy Night"
  4:38pm and something else:

saves me the trouble of listening to the archives : )
  4:42pm Bumbles Bounce:

Currently a 45 of The Squires "Going All the Way" b/w "Go Ahead" on Atco selling on EBay for $325.
  4:46pm and something else:

Price on the Squires - Aurora / The Sultan ?
  4:52pm Bumbles Bounce:

According to the interwebs there were several bands called The Squires. The "Aurora" Squires featured Neil Young. Another Squires became The Count Five, and another featured Jimi Hendrix!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:55pm artbrau:

Not to be confused with The Squires of the Subterrain, which Bill has also played.
  4:55pm and something else:

Those first Neil Young and the Squires surf instrumentals are rare
  4:57pm St Joe:

mind is officially blown. you de man B K
7:55pm weekend squire just came out to mow the lawn:

OH! - Those Squires were a CT band, you said - They sound like another Squires . . . . Sound of Strawberry Alarm Clock Music stumped me by being new. . . . For my own reference: my-radios.com
  8:01pm Mike Love:

I think this is the first time I have heard Lothar and the Hand People on the radio. Way to go Bill also with your new music selections.
  10:38pm BK:

Lothar has been a staple of the show for decades. That track is on one of my marathon cd premiums.
  7:29am The Hand People:

Thanks, My Glove !
