Three groovy tunes to start out tonight, but do I detect a theme in the titles?
  12:08am
BEAVO:

I just sprung for the NW. 73,74 box set, 19 disks Incredible stuff I’m sure you’ve got many unreleased things that are even better, but Phi’ls stage announcements are just priceless

zenkoan:

Four for four now...
Avatar 12:16am
Jeff Conklin:

That's awesome. I'm too poor to buy box sets but its a great release.
  12:24am
MONEYBAG$:

Kind of had it with these flimsy ornate boxes that you can’t look at funny without damaging something...some of the discs in that box were already messed up when I got it
Avatar 12:30am
Jeff Conklin:

Ah that's a bummer, did you ask for a replacement?
  12:34am
MONEYBAG$:

Yeah, I asked for one disc to be replaced, it had a fingerprint that looked like it was made with radioactive jelly. ate into the disc, couldn’t get it out. It played ok but maybe not forever...reminded me of those Live Phish binders that melted all over the discs.

steve:

10/17/83? this bird song is quite good

MONEYBAG$:

I’ve already heard Never Trust a Woman twice today

Went to THE Big House this week. So cooool. Highly rec. A lone pic of Phil was all that made it behind the glass. Macon, GA

Jeff Conklin:

@mb: Jail?
Avatar 1:23am
mb:

Not. The Allman Brothers house where Gov't Mule stayed. But i'm sure a wayward hippie has chipped away a mural of Phil in thier cell.
  1:24am
Bob O:

Big House is The Allman Bros Museum, in Macon, GA. I believe ABB lived/played there in early daze...
  1:24am
pp:

Jeff, it's online via Google. Miss Benham = unobtanium :)
Avatar 1:28am
Jeff Conklin:

Love the ABB (obviously) but I guess I don't know much outside the music....
Avatar 1:38am
mb:

That "Ain't Wastin' Time No More " you played in August got me on an AB kick and it was a must do when i was down South. Saw Duane's fishing holes, too.

VCR Cams were still pretty bulky in '83.

Jeff Conklin:

@mb That's cool. Havent seen them in years and years..

b k:

As someone who was lucky enough to see over half of the Dead shows in the '80's I would have loved to have had Google maps and GPS. When they were doing one night stands with no night off between cities it made for some challenging overnight drives using Rand McNally. (Saratoga to Hershey in June of '85 being a no sleep, quick shower and get to the show trip) Great show tonight. And Hershey was an amazing show outdoors in a nasty, cold rainstorm.
Avatar 2:22am
Jeff Conklin:

@bk: Ha! I experienced that a bit in the late 90s with a band from Vermont. Used a CB radio for communications...
  2:25am
b k:

I never had a CB radio but love the song "Convoy". (And the underrated movie "Convoy")
  2:26am
Bob O:

I loved/miss maps...
JC, do you remember your CB 'handle''?
Avatar 2:30am
Jeff Conklin:

The handle was for my car but I can't remember what it was ha.
Avatar 2:41am
Robbo from Sydney:

Hi Jeff - loving the show - greetings from a very humid Monday arvo in Sydney. We loved our CB radios in the late 80's we used to listen to the truckies and the coppers
