So, for about 40 years, I never knew what the song was that starts out Buchanan and Goodman's "The Flying Saucer Pt. 1" on Luniverse. I always knew the other songs except that little 3 second snippet at the beginning. FINALLY I found out that was "Open Up That Door (and Walk Right into My Heart)" by Nappy Brown. Oh man-what a GREAT record! What a long search that was. I also recommend "Coal Miner", his big New Breed R&B Popcorn floorfiller.

just a putting it out that that quitting facebook and instagram seems hard, but once you do it, you literally don't remember what it was like having it about 2 days later. you quickly get over the urge to repeatedly check your phone, and that's it. you move on. make a list of the people who are actually your friends, promise to keep in touch with them they way people used to do, and unsubscribe from all that. if you run a business or use it to promote work, great, but just separate anything personal from it. its all empty nothingness
