She's a protege of Irwin's and was the ringleader of former WNTI DJs who did a stream in the 1st quarter of 2017 under the Newton Theatre's auspices, Newt Radio. I want to see if she or her cohorts would be interested in streaming from the Jungle Room -- or possibly from The Hound's new stream.

Of course, Irwin's the first I asked. He hasn't stayed in touch with her, and I may be exaggerating by referring to her as a protege -- but he did encourage her at one point. And Irwin has volunteered to be her contact or screen at WFMU to approach the Power That Be, if I can find Ms. Thiel.

I met her by chance, stumbling into Newt Radio's storefront studio, thinking it was a record store. She was so sweet.
