	♥ 3:17pm Rich in Washington: I had read about something like that recently - that stews were derived from a custom of having this pot at a constant simmer over a fire for many days on end, with things constantly being added to them as it's being eaten over time.

	♥ 3:18pm Rich in Washington: I used to sort of cook/eat like that when I was a bachelor - only putting the pot in the fridge when not actively eating/cooking it.

	3:46pm Mr Fab: gadzooks, the Raymond Scott Songbook set is selling for a whopping $62 on Amazon. Any American labels want to pick this one up, pretty pleeze?
	3:49pm Don-O: That FT "boxless set" covers their live output from 1979 to 1982 and is 7 hours long. Only on Bandcamp. While i was picking up the Dr. D Punk set at the local record store, I told the cashier about the set, he was very happy! Then I told him you can only get it as a download, he became unhappy.

	3:53pm AdamOooh: Mr. Fab, I have been holding off on that set despite being a small part of it. I can say that it was an interesting project in that all the artists seem to have been funded well enough to pay for studio musicians and al, not sure whether there was financial backing from an actual label, but the high price is probably an honest one considering the limited market for such a product.
	3:56pm Otis Fodder: @Fab - AdamOooh played Alto Sax on a Kid Koala cut on the 2-CD Scott comp. It's a crazy labor-of-love deluxe package.
	3:57pm Otis Fodder: I find J&H is soothing, with eyes closed. Pertaining to, AMSR.
	3:57pm Mr Fab: Oh, i don't deny it's worth every penny. But if it is a Japanese release, those import costs drive up the price. Some American distribution would help alleviate a bit of that. Otis played that track couple weeks ago, great stuff AdamOooh!

	4:18pm Otis Fodder: I want the issues again, had them all in the 1990s. Moving and purging. Kept this flexi though, love it so much.
	4:18pm Mr Fab: I think I still have most of the issues. Was just flipping thru that new massive ($50) Beastie Boys autobiography. Looks pretty essential.

	4:23pm Mr Fab: Mike D lives here in LA now - is into surfing and wine! He even worked as a sommelier at a Hollywood restaurant recently. From giant Budweiser inflatables on stage, to being a wine expert...

Want to play a bunch more on the show, introduce to others. Amazing label. I also pulled out a John Foxx 7" that was included with Electronic Sound Mag (a mag I know you are a fan of too!)

	5:18pm Otis Fodder: New Pye Corner Audio LP was just released, slower stream, but still ongoing and steady.

While i was picking up the Dr. D Punk set at the local record store, I told the cashier about the set, he was very happy! Then I told him you can only get it as a download, he became unhappy.

	3:53pm AdamOooh: Mr. Fab, I have been holding off on that set despite being a small part of it. I can say that it was an interesting project in that all the artists seem to have been funded well enough to pay for studio musicians and al, not sure whether there was financial backing from an actual label, but the high price is probably an honest one considering the limited market for such a product.
	3:56pm Otis Fodder: @Fab - AdamOooh played Alto Sax on a Kid Koala cut on the 2-CD Scott comp. It's a crazy labor-of-love deluxe package.

	3:57pm Mr Fab: Oh, i don't deny it's worth every penny. But if it is a Japanese release, those import costs drive up the price. Some American distribution would help alleviate a bit of that. Otis played that track couple weeks ago, great stuff AdamOooh!
