	8:53pm Listener Robert: Huh...I make a white sauce like that that goes with barbecued meat, fish, or fowl. It's just minced red radish and garlic in just enough mayonnaise to coat it. The longer you let it sit, the hotter and runnier it gets as the juice comes out of the radish pieces. Promotes lots of gas from both ends, though.
