I was listening last week but we've had some gorgeous days up here in Maine, the ground is finally soft enough and I couldn't pull myself away from working in the garden while listening to the show. But I did want to chime in re: community. As someone who's been in recovery (two years this month on 4/20 haha!) I've identified community as my higher power. It's not as ephemeral as god obviously & I feel real power from the communities to which I belong, this one included! So I guess that's all really. I love this station & this community. I also get to share so much of it with my daughter with Double Dip Recess which we LOVE! Heard you, Sheila, sing Sarah Sylvia Cynthia Stout Would Not Take the Garbage Out. Brilliant! Much love Boomers!! <3 Ps- no judgement from me on anyone, my recovery hinges on me wanting to stay in my chosen field but I've done my share of everything I needed to do ;-)
	♥ 4:05pm chris: hey, Phillippe, CBD oil isn't well regulated at the moment. so, it may or may not contain very small amounts of THC, which could show on a drug test. it could also contain other stuff you don't want anyway. if you get a quality, trusted, 100% CBD oil. it shouldn't contain any THC. however, finding a trusted source may prove difficult.

One is full spectrum, so I'm guessing there's some THC in there, just not sure if its enough to hit the testing threshold. I wish the country wasn't so screwed up that I can't just smoke a little here and there. Haven't had a hit in over 30 years...
	4:11pm prudy: I'm not certain, but I think Weyes Blood openned for Father John Misty in St Louis a few years ago. I have to say I really didn't like them. Felt a bit like symphonic rock and way too earnest. Also no energy. I hung out in the lobby while their set finished.
	♥ 4:11pm tim from champaign: Go for it, tneeld! I'm still working it out. My work held an all staff day event at a place where the outside of the Martell house, the interior of the Great Northern and the boulder where Laura Palmer was found. It was super cool being there.

I think there are certain images from the first watch that are still percolating in my brain. I could watch a Twin Peaks someone sweeping up a floor for 10 minutes any day.

	♥ 4:17pm Cmurtha: @John, if you don't like Lynch it won't jive with you. I only watched it for the first time a year ago, since I was not alive when it was on T.V. The orignal series has some parts that are just wonky even for Lynch (no spoilers but a certain romance plot in season 2 almost made me drop it) but I love it, and the 3rd season is perfect, made the show my favorite television series of all time. Its really ambitious. You should get the movie in there too if you decide to do the watching. But, again, if you don't like Lynch I don't think Twin Peaks is the thing that will win you over to his antics/imagery etc.

	4:18pm Itzall Ablurr: GSP, while it might be interesting to see how your thought process would be changed by such an experiment (multiple episodic overdose of TwinPeex), please refrain from doing that; it could prove to be an irreversible, one-way trip to a rubber room. Also, glad to hear you are getting some good from CDB, I really liked their song "Devil Went Down at Georgia" with the golden fiddling.

My family watched it in the proper order and they also loved it, I imagine your perspective on it changes radically depending on how/where you are watching it in relation to the series.

I have seen "Blue Velvet" (in cinemas) more times than i can count and it's been a totally different experience every time. 	♥ 4:05pm chris: hey, Phillippe, CBD oil isn't well regulated at the moment. so, it may or may not contain very small amounts of THC, which could show on a drug test. it could also contain other stuff you don't want anyway. if you get a quality, trusted, 100% CBD oil. it shouldn't contain any THC. however, finding a trusted source may prove difficult.

The orignal series has some parts that are just wonky even for Lynch (no spoilers but a certain romance plot in season 2 almost made me drop it) but I love it, and the 3rd season is perfect, made the show my favorite television series of all time. Its really ambitious. You should get the movie in there too if you decide to do the watching. But, again, if you don't like Lynch I don't think Twin Peaks is the thing that will win you over to his antics/imagery etc.
