I remember one Ramones show at C.G. that I arrived late for. As I entered, the dumb skinhead group Warzone was opening.
Had I come earlier, I would 've caught the first act--an unknown group Gentleman Jim Norton booked by the name of Goo Goo Dolls (I did catch them at a later C.G. show, opening for Uniform Choice).

I was also at that Let's Active show (they were opening for TSOL). In recent years, I saw the Dex Romweber Duo play around the Jersey Shore a few times, not recognizing the Let's Active drummer from decades before! (Sara Romweber, may she rest in peace)

I attended that 1984 Mats show the Rettmans opened up. I remember Westerberg regaling the small crowd with a rendition of "If I Only Had a Brain" and destroying his guitar at set's end.
