I remember Bush Tetras in, I dunno, 1981, when some radio station in Seattle tried to change format to New Wave — must have lasted six months, tops — and they interviewed and played Bush Tetras. They were astonishing, and moved my rock tastes more out there. Great to hear them still around.

@scraps there's a jumping spider that's kind of a pet (or maybe 6 of them, but I only see 1 at a time). I have to make sure I don't accidentally smush him. We also have a black widow living in a small pile of bricks in the backyard -- not cleaning that mess up until we know she's gone. I have my limits...
