ARB swings to the other Belgian Popcorn. Very passionate vocalists, naive orchestrations, irreverent pranks.

Just to make your transition a little easier, there is an article about a mole parlor in the city of Paramount in the L.A. Times food section this morning.

Alina, if you're at home in your pajamas, and can put your hand on it, Tijuana Surf by the Hollywood Persuaders would be a good cross the border, looking south with a certain wistfulness kind of thing.

Okay, since you have a scholar of such nonsense at your beck and call, my sister told me she was in a Mexican supermarket and over the store P.A. system they were playing a song that had a strident chorus of male voices singing the refrain SODAS, SODAS, SODAS!!! Well, we thought this was hilarious, since we know how much Mexicans like their soft drinks. Had me a coke with my burrito just the other day! Ask him if he know what the hell that was.
Avatar 1:52pm
arb:

@Franco I've submitted your question to the nonsense scholar, I'll get back to you, and hopefully with a solid answer so we can all hear this song

@Alina: Records he owned. Apparently my mom took them to the goodwill without telling him, which created some awkward moments on my visit when I mentioned finding them. According to her, he never played them - they no longer own a turntable.
